Pricing
Licensed as a platform you own — not rented by the token.
ZenithAI is licensed as an enterprise deployment — a one-time platform licence with an annual maintenance contract — not a per-user subscription, and never per-token metering on your own infrastructure.
The commercial model
What you pay for, and what you don’t.
Enterprise platforms are decade-long relationships, so the model is built around ownership: you acquire the platform and the hardware it runs on, and we stay accountable through maintenance — rather than charging you every time your teams use it.
| Component | Basis |
|---|---|
| GPU servers & storage | One-time acquisition (or your cloud tenancy) |
| Platform licence | One-time, per deployment |
| Implementation | One-time, scoped to your estate |
| Maintenance & support | Annual contract |
| Per-user AI subscriptions | — none |
| Per-token API charges | — none on your deployment |
On your own deployment, usage is bounded by the hardware you run — not by a bill. There is no per-user meter and no per-token charge, so the platform can reach every employee without the cost growing per question. Hardware, licence, implementation and operating costs are quantified transparently during scoping.
How we quote
A number tied to your estate, not a list price.
Discovery
We map your use cases, data sources and security requirements — which teams, which documents, which controls your auditors need to see.
Sizing
Your workloads and user numbers drive the hardware sizing — the single largest variable in total cost of ownership. You can acquire the servers or run in a private cloud tenancy you control.
Proposal
A transparent total-cost-of-ownership projection: platform licence, implementation, annual maintenance and the hardware plan — with no per-user or per-token line, because there isn’t one on your deployment.
