Use Cases · Word & Excel
Ask for it in plain words. Download the Word or Excel file.
Offer letters, memos, invitations, proposals, GST quotations, payroll sheets, EMI schedules, fee registers. Tell ZenithAI what you need in English, Hindi or Hinglish, say you want it in Word or Excel, and you get a proper .docx or .xlsx file to download. The workbooks carry real formulas that are checked before the file reaches you. And it all runs on your organisation’s own servers.
How to ask
Say “Word” or “Excel” and you get a file.
There’s nothing to learn. If your message names the format (Word, docx, Excel, xlsx, or “word mein”), ZenithAI builds the file. If it doesn’t, you get the draft in the chat first, which is handy when you want to read it and tweak it before asking for the file.
Asking a question about a file (“who signed the memo in the Word file I shared?”) gets an answer, not a new file. And when ZenithAI can’t tell which kind of document you mean, it answers in the chat instead of guessing a layout; ask again and name the type, like “an offer letter in Word”.
Word documents (.docx)
Every document in the layout it’s supposed to have.
A letter comes out looking like a letter, not a report with a title banner. A memo gets its To / From / Subject block and no “Yours sincerely”. An offer letter gets a key-terms table and an acceptance block for the candidate to sign. Here’s what you can ask for, with prompts you can copy.
Already have a good answer in the chat? Say “put this in Word” and it becomes a .docx, with its tables, bullets and numbered lists kept.
The details that matter
Small things that make a document ready to send.
Letters stay letters
“Word document to my landlord asking for my security deposit back” comes back as a letter to the landlord. “Word document analysing Q2 sales by region” comes back as a report. You don’t have to name the layout; ZenithAI works it out from what you’re asking for, in English, Hindi and Hinglish alike.
It reads context, too. A job offer gets the offer-letter layout, “an offer for 50 laptops” becomes a quotation, and “a Diwali offer” becomes an announcement.
What you didn’t say is left blank
ZenithAI is built not to make up names, amounts, dates or reference numbers. Facts in the document are checked against your request. If something required is missing, like the CTC on an offer letter, you’ll see a visible blank (CTC: ________) to fill in. Optional details you didn’t give are simply left out.
It’s still a draft. Read names, dates and amounts before you send or sign anything.
Office-ready formatting
A4 pages with standard 2.54 cm margins on letters. Calibri for body text and Cambria for headings, so the file looks right in Microsoft Word and other editors. Hindi documents use Nirmala UI throughout, digits included. Rupee amounts use Indian grouping: 17,12,500, not 1,712,500. Bold and italic come through as real formatting, with no stray symbols.
Your name on your letters
When you write a letter yourself, ZenithAI fills in your name, designation and organisation from your ZenithAI profile for the signature and letterhead. It doesn’t do that when the document is about someone else, like a CV for another person, or written on their behalf.
Switch the type or the language
In the same chat, ask “make this a memo instead”, “now make the same letter in Hindi”, or “ab ye report client ko bhejne ke liye covering letter word mein likho”. For small wording or figure changes, repeat your request in full with the change included; that works more reliably today.
Excel workbooks (.xlsx)
Give it your figures. Get a working workbook.
Budgets, payroll, GST invoices, stock registers, loan EMI schedules, attendance and fee registers. Totals and calculated columns are live Excel formulas, so when a figure changes, the sheet recalculates. Every result is checked before you download it.
Inside every workbook
Built so anyone can follow the numbers.
- 01Real formulas. Totals and calculated columns are live Excel formulas, written for you. Change a figure and it recalculates.
- 02A Summary sheet with the key figures, each with a plain-language “How it is calculated” note.
- 03Your inputs, clearly marked in blue, with their source: “Given in the request”.
- 04Honest charts. One kind of value per chart, and a title that says what it plots.
- 05Sensible totals. No adding up columns that shouldn’t be added, such as unit prices or rates.
- 06A Checks block that shows TRUE when the workbook is consistent.
- 07Ready to print. Lakh/crore number format, frozen header rows, filters and A4 page setup.
Checked before it reaches you
Four checks, or no file.
- Recalculated in an isolated, sandboxed spreadsheet engine on your own server.
- Verified cell by cell. Every formula result is compared with an independent calculation of the same figure. No #REF!, no #DIV/0!, every check TRUE.
- Cross-checked. A separate review works out the key results straight from the numbers in your request. They have to agree.
- Read back. Each calculated figure is checked against what you asked for, so a figure with the right arithmetic but the wrong meaning gets caught too.
If any check fails, ZenithAI tells you so in a plain sentence and doesn’t send the file. You don’t get a workbook with figures it couldn’t verify.
No made-up numbers
Your figures, or clearly marked samples.
A spreadsheet full of plausible invented numbers is worse than no spreadsheet. So ZenithAI builds from the figures you give it. Ask without figures and it either asks you for them or builds a template, with every sheet stamped “SAMPLE FIGURES” so nobody mistakes an example for your data.
“Your request doesn’t include the figures to put in the workbook, so I didn’t make one with made-up numbers. Please send the figures (for example the amount for each item and month), or ask for a template with sample figures and I’ll mark them as samples.”
- →Give every figure directly: “24 months”, not “2 years”; “CGST 9% and SGST 9%”, not “18% split equally”.
- →Say what you want worked out: totals, averages, variance, EMI, balance due.
- →One workbook per request, with all of its figures.
Who uses it
The paperwork every office already does by hand.
Offer letters to experience letters
Offer and appointment letters, NOCs, experience letters, appraisal memos, attendance summaries and payroll sheets, for a new joiner or the whole team.
Workbooks that add up
Budget vs actual, GST invoice registers, expense trackers, loan EMI comparisons. Live formulas your auditors can trace back to the inputs.
Quotes and proposals, faster
Quotations with GST, business proposals, cover letters to clients, press releases and customer announcements.
Circulars, notices, registers
Staff circulars, office-closure memos, stock registers, incident reports and invitations for the next inauguration.
Fee registers to sports-day invites
Term fee registers with balance due, attendance percentages, parent invitations and notices, in Hindi or English. See private AI for universities.
Hindi when you need it
Hindi letters with proper labels (विषय, दिनांक, सेवा में) and a Devanagari font, alongside English circulars and reports. See industries.
Languages
Ask the way you’d say it.
- ENEnglish gets you an English document.
- हिHindi (Devanagari) gets you a Hindi document, with Hindi labels and a font suited to Devanagari.
- HGHinglish gets you a document in clear English that follows Indian conventions.
- XLExcel requests work in all three. Item names keep your words; the workbook’s own headings and notes are in English.
You can also attach a file and ask for a Word or Excel file based on it. Check the result against your original.
Limits today
What it doesn’t do yet.
| You get .docx and .xlsx files. Save as PDF from Word or Excel if you need one. | |
| Your own template | Your logo or company template can’t be applied yet. Documents use built-in professional themes plus your profile details. |
| Follow-up edits | Switching type or language works. For small edits (“add a column”, “change the CTC”), send the full request again with the change. |
| Implied figures | Excel needs every figure spelled out. It won’t convert years to months or split a rate for you yet. |
| Legal documents | Contracts, agreements, affidavits and deeds aren’t offered. |
| Review | Every document is a draft. Check names, dates and amounts before you send or sign. |
Being tested now, not yet live: a structured minutes-of-meeting layout in English and Hindi, and more Excel calculations such as counts by status and totals by group.
